When and where will the Professional Learning Austria 2009 taking place?

The Professional Learning Austria 2010 will take place in 22 - 23 September 2010, at Messe Wien, hall A.

Opening hours of the exhibition for visitors from 22 - 23 September 2010 between 9.00 am – 5.30 pm.

How do I get to the exhibition ground?

You get to the Austria Center Vienna

by train:from station Südbahnhof with line 0 to Station Südtiroler Platz, change here for line U1. stopp Kaisermühlen

by car: connection via A4, A23 und A22.

Please note: for the purchase of your ticket and therefor for the entry of the exhibition your visitor authorization (e.g. your business card) has to be verifiable.

The prices for the entry concerning mentioned target audience (managing directors, CEO and HR managers) amount to 10,- EUR according to last year with registration online www.professional-learning/online registration Purchasing at the cash register 20,- EUR.

The admission for visitors is simplified with the connection of the internet:
pre-register online with your received registration number oder generate a registration number
-> a complete registration at the exhibition ground is not necessary anymore
-> You print out your exhibitors pass and enter the exhibition immediately

Visitors registrating at the exhibition ground may have to expect longer queueing: They have to authorize with their business card their visit of the exhibition first, afterwards their business data will be recorded.

The one- / two-day-ticket authorizes the visit of the exhibition as well as the practical forums and presentations within the exhibition. Please note: the one- / two-day-ticket is personalized and untransferable.

You may register until 21 September 2010 (6:00 pm). Afterwards the access for the pre-registration online is unavailable.

Pleae note: prices for employees of HR-service companies, external consultants and external trainers who are no exhibitors of the Professional Learning Austria 2010 amount to a day ticket of 95,- EUR, for a two-day-ticket of 150,- EUR. Reduced tickets or free of charge tickets will not be considered.

Why should I pre-register online?

The pre-registration online on the website allows you a faster entry for the exhibition. Being a trade fair the Professional Learning Austria is authorized for expert visitors only and a registration with your business data is essential. With the pre-registration online you do not have to register completely on the exhibition ground again.

How do I register for the exhibition if I did not receive a ticket?

You have not be invited for the exhibition from exhibiting companies or from the exhibition organizer? No problem. Using the website you will have the opportunity to register for a reduced one-day-ticket (two-day-ticket) for the amount of 10,- EUR (20,- EUR) until 10 November 2009.

I received a ticket, how and where do I pre-register online?

If you already received a ticket, whether virtually or by e-mail, you will obtain a registration number in either case. You will find this number on the back side of the ticket or within the e-mail you received from the exhibitor.

The particular number enables you an entry either reduced or free of charge. For passing the registration on the ground very quickly we recommend to pre-register online here with your registration number.

Your registration number is personalized with your registration and untransferable!

I already registered for the exhibition, unfortunately I am not able to participate, do I have to cancel my registration?

You do not have to cancel your registration. Your ticket will expire if you do not convert it.

How do I recognize that my registration number is personalized?

Your may personalize your pre-registration number with the registration online.
A personalization is successful if you receive a confirmation by e-mail from us, the organizer.

Please note: After your registration your registration number is untransferable.

How and when do I have to pay my ticket for the exhibition?

You pay your ticket for the exhibition at the cashier desk of the exhibition. Not converted tickets expire and do not have to be balanced.

What does HR-service company mean actually?

HR-service companies are companies offering temporary employment, personnel recruiting, personnel consulting, personnel allocation.

Are the keynote presentations and the practical forums included with the entrance fee?

How much is a ticket for the exhibition?
